• Membership dues are non-refundable and must be kept current to maintain active status and directory listing.

3. Directory Usage

The Tuesday Titans member directory is provided to facilitate business networking and referrals. You agree not to:

• Scrape, mine, or harvest contact information for mass marketing or spam.
• Use the directory for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with Tuesday Titans.

4. Content Submission

By submitting your profile information, business description, and logo/headshot, you grant Tuesday Titans a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display this content on our website and promotional materials. You represent that you own or have the rights to use any content you submit.

5. Limitation of Liability

Tuesday Titans acts only as a networking facilitator. We do not guarantee business results, revenue, or the quality of services provided by our members. Referrals are made at your own discretion, and Tuesday Titans shall not be held liable for any disputes, damages, or losses resulting from business transactions between members or referred clients.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
